First we would discuss with you what it is you are looking for and visit the property or plot to assess the situation.  We would get a specialist opinion such as an architects if required and then produce a quote for the work.  Once the work has been agreed we would look at organising any licences or permissions for the work. Then we would schedule the work in.  We ensure that any work that is carried out has a certificate approved by the town hall if necessary, to ensure that the work is permitted and legal.  If you have had work done but it does not have a certificate we can also help you in applying to have this work authorised and made legal.
