Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Murica airports.  From Quesada you can easily reach major cities such as Elche, Alicante, Valencia, Murcia and Cartagena, using the A-7 motorway.  Quesada is a prestigious area with its own golf course, gyms, waterpark, health centres, shops and restaurants.  The area is known for being multicultural with many English, Dutch, Norwegian and Spanish speaking people.   As well as La Marquesa Golf course, there are several other golf courses in the surrounding area such as La Finca, Las Ramblas and Vistabella.  Ciudad Quesada is about 10-15 minutes from Guardamar de Segura and Torrelamata beaches.  The pink salt lakes are only 15 minutes away, which not only look picturesque but also contribute to the healthy climate.  This specific region is known for helping with arthiritis, asthma, allergies and heart and lung conditions, due to the warm climate and the salt lakes.  Torrevieja, situated just 15 minutes away has an excellent public hospital as well as some private hospitals.  30 minutes away is Mar Menor, which has natural mud baths that are great for skin, joint and general health conditions.  Just 10 minutes away you will reach Habaneras shopping centre and 20 minutes away is La Zenia shopping centre, which has all your popular shops from Guess, Mango and Leroy Merlin to Pull and Bear, Primark and H&M.  With so much close by it’s easy to see how the area has become sought after, with properties holding their value and offering  good rental opportunities.
